Job Description

As an Accounts & Admin Executive at our organization, you will play a crucial role in managing administrative operations and financial processes to ensure smooth functioning. Your strong organizational skills and understanding of accounting principles will be key in handling day-to-day responsibilities efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily administrative operations, including office management and staff coordination. - Maintain and organize records such as employee attendance, vendor contracts, and other documentation. - Handle correspondence, scheduling, and inventory management for office supplies. - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements. - Support internal teams with documentation and logistical arrangements. Accounting Duties: - Prepare and maintain financial records, including invoices, receipts, and ledgers. - Generate and analyze financial reports like profit & loss statements and balance sheets. - Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate recording of transactions. Coordination and Reporting: - Liaise with vendors, clients, and stakeholders for financial and administrative matters. - Provide financial insights to management for decision-making. - Assist with audits and ensure adherence to financial regulations. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: - 2+ years of experience in administration and accounting roles. - Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word). Skills: - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Work Hours: - 9 Hrs General Shift, 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday). Job Location: - Prabhat Road, Pune, Maharashtra. Salary: - 20,000/- to 30,000/- per month.
