Job Title:

· Position: Accounts & Admin Executive

· Location: Trivandrum,Kerala

· Qualification and Experience:

B.COM & 1.5 – 4 Yrs of Experience

Key Responsibilities:

Ø Passing Journal Entries, preparation of Sales Invoices.

Ø Bank Reconciliation

Ø Inventory/FA Management

Ø Logistics

Ø Managing petty cash transactions

Ø Assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process

Ø Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures

Ø Prepare tax computations and returns –GST

Ø Accounts Payables and Receivables

Ø Branch Office Administration and operations work.

Ø Visits to Hospitals/bank as and when required.

Ø Preparation of E-way Bills.

Ø MIS reports

Ø Any other work as & when required

The skills you will need:

Ø Sound knowledge in Tally ERP 9

Ø Sound knowledge of e-way bill and its preparations

Ø MS Office experience required including extensive Excel knowledge
