Job Description

Accounts & Admin Executive

Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day accounting, vendor payments, and bank reconciliations
Manage invoices, petty cash, and expense tracking
Assist in GST/TDS filings and coordination with auditors
Oversee office admin, attendance, and payroll support
Manage procurement, vendor coordination, and general office upkeep

Requirements:

B.Com or related degree with 25 years of experience in Accounts/Admin (preferably in BPO/ITES)
Proficient in
Tally / MS Excel
Good understanding of
GST, TDS & compliance
Strong communication and organizational skills
