The Role

We are looking for a proactive Accounts & Admin Executive to manage billing, purchase coordination, dispatch documentation, and inventory tracking while supporting smooth factory and office operations. The role is best suited for candidates who are detail-oriented, comfortable with numbers, and eager to grow in a structured manufacturing environment.


Key Responsibilities

• Manage full billing process (Sales invoices, e-invoices, e-way bills) using Tally.

• Maintain accounting entries (sales, purchase, payments, receipts, credit/debit notes).

• Prepare and manage dispatch documents along with billing – QC reports, packing slips, delivery challans, etc.

• Oversee inventory management: raw material and finished goods reconciliation, stock registers, and periodic reporting.

• Handle purchase coordination: placing raw material orders with mills, tracking order status, following up on pending orders, and maintaining supplier relationships.

• Assist with ISO 9001 documentation and implementation (training will be provided).

• Generate periodic MIS reports for management (sales, stock, purchase, outstanding).

• Support dispatch and admin teams in day-to-day coordination.


Who We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting, billing, or purchase/inventory functions.
  • Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP (mandatory).
  • Familiarity with GST, e-invoice, and e-way bill process.
  • Full computer proficiency (MS Excel, Word, Email) with adaptability to tools like ChatGPT for productivity.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 systems is an added advantage.
  • Graduate in Commerce/Business Administration (preferred).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setup with attention to detail.
