Your Role:

We’re looking for a B2B Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive growth and deliver exceptional packaging solutions. If you’re passionate about sales, eager to learn, and want to be part of a growing packaging business, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new B2B clients across FMCG, e-commerce, electronics, textiles, and manufacturing industries.
• Understand client needs and propose corrugated boxes, mono cartons, e-flute boxes, and other packaging solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement teams and decision-makers.
• Work closely with design and production teams to deliver high-quality, customized solutions.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while focusing on client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Stay updated on packaging trends, market opportunities, and competitor activities.
• Support marketing initiatives to promote Allpak’s brand and product offerings.

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate degree required.
• 0–3 years of B2B sales experience
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to generate new business, manage personal sales strategies, and achieve targets.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, collaborative team player, fast learner, and comfortable with technology.
• Willingness to travel within assigned regions to engage clients.
