Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Pune. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, managing customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves training and supporting sales team members and ensuring the fulfillment of sales targets through effective sales management techniques and client engagement initiatives. Qualifications Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to build relationships and provide excellent client support. Proven abilities in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targets and drive business growth. Experience in facilitating Training sessions to empower and develop sales and marketing teams. Ability to work with cross-functional teams to formulate effective sales strategies. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proficiency in CRM tools and experience in analysing sales data is an advantage. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with an analytical mindset. Prior experience in a similar role within a business chamber or trade organization is beneficial.
