Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in West Bengal, India, for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. Responsibilities include developing and implementing effective sales strategies, executing marketing initiatives to drive student enrollment, and building long-term customer relationships. The role requires coordinating with multiple teams, conducting training sessions, and providing exceptional customer service to achieve organizational goals. The ideal candidate will focus on building brand awareness, analyzing markets, and generating new business opportunities to strengthen Aakash's market presence.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication in Bengali Language and Customer Service skills for engaging with clients and maintaining relationships.
• Sales and Sales Management skills for achieving targets, building strategies, and managing initiatives.
• Proficiency in Training with the ability to coach and guide teams effectively on sales and marketing best practices.
• Ability to analyze market trends and strategically approach business growth opportunities.
• Effective problem-solving and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications or training are a plus.
• Prior experience in the education or test-prep sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
