Role Description-

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Nagpur. Responsibilities include leading sales initiatives, developing marketing strategies, delivering excellent customer service, training team members, and managing client relationships. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will also identify new business opportunities, drive revenue growth, and collaborate with internal teams to meet organizational goals.

• Proven skills in Sales and Sales Management to achieve and exceed targets
• Experience in Training and mentoring sales team members
• Proficiency in analyzing market trends and developing marketing strategies
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in the ISP, telecommunications, or related industry is an advantage
