Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Pune. The primary responsibilities include identifying and developing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves managing and training sales teams, preparing sales strategies, and achieving business targets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
• Proven experience in sales, with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities
• Expertise in sales management and training to support and guide the sales team
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Ability to work on-site in Pune and adapt to a dynamic team environment
• Previous experience in the insurance or financial sector is a is a plus
