We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager who will be responsible for managing the full HR lifecycle and building strong people processes within the organization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and overall HR operations. Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Staffing Handle end-to-end recruitment for all technical and non-technical roles. Create job descriptions, shortlist candidates, conduct interviews, and manage onboarding. Build a talent pipeline for field staff, network engineers, sales teams, and corporate roles. 2. HR Operations Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation. Prepare HR policies, guidelines, and SOPs as required. Manage payroll coordination and employee benefits. 3. Performance Management Implement appraisal systems and KPIs. Conduct performance reviews and help managers with goal-setting. 4. Employee Engagement Plan engagement activities, team-building programs, and employee welfare initiatives. Address grievances, improve employee satisfaction, and create a positive work culture. 5. Compliance & Legal Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF/ESI, and statutory requirements. Manage vendor/contract staff compliance. 6. Training & Development Identify skill gaps and arrange training programs for sales, network, and support teams.
