Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounting Manager located in Aandapar, Kalawad Raod, Rajkot . The Accounting Manager will be responsible for managing financial statements, conducting analytical tasks, handling journal entries, overseeing finance operations, and managing fixed assets. Salary :- 50 to 55K CTC Other Benefits:- Canteen+Transportation+Bonus+Leave+Medical Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of the accounting department. Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities. Prepare and review financial statements and reports. Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations. Coordinate audits and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis. Supervise and mentor a team of accountants and junior staff. Review ledger balances, reconciliations, and internal controls. Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders (banks, auditors, etc.). Handle tax planning, returns (GST, TDS, Income Tax), and assessments. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA/ICWA/MBA preferred). Minimum 8–10 years of accounting experience with at least 5 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IND-AS/IFRS), Tally/ERP, and MS Excel. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient understanding of balance sheet preparation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
