Key Responsibilities:

• Bookkeeping & Accounting:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts (Tally/Zoho/ERP).
• Record daily sales, purchase, and expense entries.
• Reconcile bank statements and handle petty cash.

• Taxation & Compliance:

• Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, and other statutory filings.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and audit requirements.

• Client & Vendor Management:

• Prepare invoices, proforma invoices, and quotations in coordination with the sales team.
• Manage receivables and payables, follow up on outstanding payments.
• Handle vendor payments and maintain payment schedules.

• Reporting & Analysis:

• Generate monthly P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Track project-wise expenses, profitability, and budgets.
• Assist management with cost analysis and forecasting.

• Inventory & Asset Management:

• Monitor stock levels for AV equipment and accessories.
• Maintain records of fixed assets and coordinate with the warehouse team.

• Coordination:

• Work closely with the installation team for project cost tracking.
• Support business operations by providing accurate financial insights.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.

• 2–4 years of experience

   in accounting, preferably in retail, electronics, or project-based businesses.
• Proficiency in 

  Tally ERP / Zoho Books / MS Excel

  .
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
