Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new sales opportunities through networking, architect/interior referrals, site visits, and walk-ins.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable audio-video and automation solutions from our premium product lines.
• Conduct product demonstrations and showroom walkthroughs to educate clients about features and benefits.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and negotiate pricing and closing terms.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with the design and installation team to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, meetings, and sales conversions in the CRM.
• Stay updated with new product launches, market trends, and competitor activities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Electronics, or related fields (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in B2C/B2B sales, preferably in luxury retail, AV, or automation industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for technology, audio-video products, and smart home solutions.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
