We are the official partners of Focal Powered by Naim in Pune and offer complete turnkey solutions for home theaters, multi-room audio, acoustics, and automation. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new sales opportunities through networking, architect/interior referrals, site visits, and walk-ins. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable audio-video and automation solutions from our premium product lines. Conduct product demonstrations and showroom walkthroughs to educate clients about features and benefits. Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and negotiate pricing and closing terms. Follow up with prospects and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals. Coordinate with the design and installation team to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions. Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, meetings, and sales conversions in the CRM. Stay updated with new product launches, market trends, and competitor activities. Desired Candidate Profile: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Electronics, or related fields (preferred). 1–3 years of experience in B2C/B2B sales, preferably in luxury retail, AV, or automation industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for technology, audio-video products, and smart home solutions. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
