Role Description

dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounts and financial transactions of the hospital.
• Record all receipts, payments, and journal entries accurately in

  Tally ERP

  .
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments and reconciliations.
• Manage vendor relationships — verify bills, track due payments, and ensure timely settlements.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, bank reconciliations, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in budget preparation, fund utilization reports, and internal audits.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (TDS, GST, PF, ESI, etc.).
• Support the finance team during internal and external audits.
• Maintain proper documentation of vouchers, invoices, and supporting records.
• Coordinate with various departments for financial data and operational requirements.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Education:

  Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Commerce B.Com/M.Com.

• Experience:

  3 to 4 years

  of relevant experience in accounting or finance.

• Software Skills:

  Proficiency in

  Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime

  is

  mandatory

  .
• Sound understanding of accounting principles, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and financial documentation.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle responsibilities independently with integrity and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in a

  non-profit or hospital environment

  will be an added advantage.
