Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Officer, located in Palwal. The Account Officer will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, maintaining and updating financial records, managing daily transactions, processing invoices, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to manage budgeting of approximately ₹ 40 crores of a 100% Charitable hospital and day-to-day accounting operations of the hospital. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience with Tally ERP , have a strong understanding of accounting principles, vendor management, and financial record maintenance — preferably within a non-profit or healthcare environment . You will be reporting to Trust Officer of the Palwal Centre and Accounts Head of the Trust. Key Responsibilities: Maintain day-to-day accounts and financial transactions of the hospital. Record all receipts, payments, and journal entries accurately in Tally ERP . Handle accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments and reconciliations. Manage vendor relationships — verify bills, track due payments, and ensure timely settlements. Prepare monthly financial statements, bank reconciliations, and cash flow statements. Assist in budget preparation, fund utilization reports, and internal audits. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (TDS, GST, PF, ESI, etc.). Support the finance team during internal and external audits. Maintain proper documentation of vouchers, invoices, and supporting records. Coordinate with various departments for financial data and operational requirements. Required Qualifications and Skills: Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Commerce B.Com/M.Com. Experience: 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance. Software Skills: Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime is mandatory . Sound understanding of accounting principles, reconciliation, and reporting. Working knowledge of MS Excel and financial documentation. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
