Vyapar is a billing, accounting, and inventory management software designed to simplify financial and operational tasks for businesses. Our mission is to empower business owners to manage their finances effortlessly, even without prior accounting knowledge. Vyapar offers features such as invoice customization, receivables and payables tracking, inventory management, and customized reports. Additionally, it enables payment reminders, quick item additions via barcode scanning, and multi-language transaction messages. Based in Bengaluru, Vyapar is committed to driving businesses towards digital transformation.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role located in Bengaluru. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying potential areas for business growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client accounts, addressing inquiries or issues, mentoring customer onboarding, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize customer experience. The Account Manager will also contribute towards improving business processes and ensuring compliance with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and manage client relationships effectively.
Proficient in customer support and account management practices, including problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Sales, upselling, and negotiation skills to identify and implement growth opportunities.
Knowledge of business accounting, financial analysis, and inventory management concepts is advantageous.
Proficiency with CRM tools, office suites, and business software; familiarity with Vyapar software is a plus.
Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
