Lead Software Engineer - (Full stack)

As a Lead Fullstack Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing high-performance and user-centric web applications. Your primary focus will be on frontend engineering, utilizing your expertise in JavaScript, ReactJS, and modern web technologies. Additionally, you will contribute to backend services in languages such as Node.js, Python, or Java. Collaborating closely with product, design, and backend teams, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and performant applications. In this role, you will have the opportunity to own and drive high-level architecture and design for new product features, ensuring optimization of performance and user experience. Your responsibilities will also include writing efficient and reusable code, working with various stakeholders to deliver quality software, and mentoring junior engineers to uphold engineering best practices. To excel in this position, you should have at least 7 years of software development experience, with expertise in JavaScript, ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3, Data Structures, Algorithms, and System Design principles. Proficiency in SQL, experience with backend languages, RESTful APIs, and cloud environments will be essential. Familiarity with version control, CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks is also required. Experience with TypeScript, Redux, containerization, performance optimization, or contributions to open-source projects would be advantageous.
