Job Overview

Spoors is looking for an Account Manager focused on driving business growth by nurturing existing client

relationships, identifying up-selling and cross-selling opportunities, and ensuring seamless service delivery.

This position requires a strategic thinker who can balance customer satisfaction with revenue objectives,

while collaborating with internal teams to align solutions with client needs.


Key Responsibilities:

 Account Strategy & Expansion: Identify and develop new opportunities within existing accounts by

positioning the full suite of solutions.

 Account Mining & Expansion: Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities within

existing accounts to maximize revenue potential.

 Strategic Customer Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and delivering

solutions that enhance their business outcomes.

 Process & Reporting: Establish structured CRM processes for tracking account performance, ensuring

visibility, and maintaining accurate revenue forecasting.

 Renewals & Negotiations: Lead contract renewals and negotiations, balancing customer satisfaction

with revenue targets.

 Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align solutions with client

expectations, ensuring seamless service delivery.

 Project Oversight & Execution: Oversee project implementation, manage timelines, and ensure

successful delivery in line with SLAs and business objectives.

 Quality Assurance & Issue Resolution: Monitor service performance metrics, resolve escalations, and

proactively mitigate risks impacting customer satisfaction.


Qualifications & Skills:

 3+ years of experience in Account Management, preferably in SaaS, IT product, or technology-driven

industries.

 Proven ability to grow and retain accounts, with a strong track record in revenue expansion.

 Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

 Experience in managing service delivery and project execution, ensuring high client satisfaction.

 Proven success in scaling account revenue and driving key SaaS metrics (MRR growth, retention).

 Passion for technology and its ability to drive customer outcomes.

 Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of exceeding goals in a fast-paced environment.

 Experience in managing cross-functional teams and influencing delivery outcomes.
