Job Overview
Spoors is looking for an Account Manager focused on driving business growth by nurturing existing client
relationships, identifying up-selling and cross-selling opportunities, and ensuring seamless service delivery.
This position requires a strategic thinker who can balance customer satisfaction with revenue objectives,
while collaborating with internal teams to align solutions with client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Strategy & Expansion: Identify and develop new opportunities within existing accounts by
positioning the full suite of solutions.
Account Mining & Expansion: Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities within
existing accounts to maximize revenue potential.
Strategic Customer Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and delivering
solutions that enhance their business outcomes.
Process & Reporting: Establish structured CRM processes for tracking account performance, ensuring
visibility, and maintaining accurate revenue forecasting.
Renewals & Negotiations: Lead contract renewals and negotiations, balancing customer satisfaction
with revenue targets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align solutions with client
expectations, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Project Oversight & Execution: Oversee project implementation, manage timelines, and ensure
successful delivery in line with SLAs and business objectives.
Quality Assurance & Issue Resolution: Monitor service performance metrics, resolve escalations, and
proactively mitigate risks impacting customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
3+ years of experience in Account Management, preferably in SaaS, IT product, or technology-driven
industries.
Proven ability to grow and retain accounts, with a strong track record in revenue expansion.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in managing service delivery and project execution, ensuring high client satisfaction.
Proven success in scaling account revenue and driving key SaaS metrics (MRR growth, retention).
Passion for technology and its ability to drive customer outcomes.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of exceeding goals in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in managing cross-functional teams and influencing delivery outcomes.
