Role We're looking for someone with experience in Project Management to join our India office, as part of the Singapore APAC hub for the client's marcom activities across India. This role reports in to the Creative Services Director, ISEA and will oversee origination projects in India and drive creative workflow throughout the agency. The role would require intimately knowing the work, managing projects from briefing to delivery taking into account the capabilities and aptitudes of our talent, ultimately ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. You are a key player in making sure that the agency delivers high-calibre work, while ensuring that our talent feels supported, seen, and nourished creatively. Responsibilities: Managing the day-to-day of projects, from briefing to delivery, ensuring these are adequately staffed and progress along according to specific timelines. Partner closely with the account teams to keep a day-to-day, running knowledge of all ongoing and upcoming briefs, and associated timelines. Manage and monitor timelines and deadlines, set realistic expectations; proactively chase and interrogate delays. Ensure schedules and roadmaps are communicated and shared with all internal stakeholders. Facilitating and scheduling creative reviews and project meetings within the India team, as well as across the regional and global hubs as needed. Manage administrative matters, i.e. opening of job numbers and timesheet management Manage all day-to-day creative personnel needs and vacations, working across various functions, such as HR, IT and Operations. Own and manage the full creative department-vacation calendar. Proactively raise — and resolve — conflicts. Own creative-freelance needs across the India team, fostering two-way communication with the APAC recruitment team to ensure accurate recruitment briefs, and sourcing of the right talent. Organize and facilitate weekly status meetings. Proactively identify areas for improvement and efficiencies in our processes; suggest / implement solutions Who will thrive in this role? At least 3-4 years of experience working in project management, preferably in a creative agency setting. Prior experience in production or account management is also ideal. Someone who's viewed as a trusted advisor, with a successful track record of building and maintaining strong relationships at all levels. Strong understanding of creative skill sets, nuances in roles, and capabilities — across film, digital, social, and design. Detail oriented and organized. Ability to prioritize and multitask. Hungry — with a strong work ethic, and great follow-through. Proactive communicator — comfortable holding firm lines when needed, but always looking for ways to adapt and to provide solutions. Role We’re looking for an aspiring Account Executive to join our India office, as part of the Singapore hub for the client’s marcom activities across 6 markets in APAC. The Account Executive role at Media Arts Lab serves as a key communicator across Account and Project Management on many projects, as well as the overall organization of Client and Department needs & activities. We’re looking for someone who is excited about working with a global, culturally diverse and highly driven team for one of the best brands in the world. Responsibilities Develop a full understanding of the client’s business, market nuances and objectives. Working alongside an Account Manager, liaise daily within the APAC hub to manage the project activity in India across all active pods. Work with fellow business management team, local planners, creatives, producers, media partner, and MAL global team to represent local market’s point of view throughout the creative development, localisation, and implementation of global campaigns flawlessly. Be a champion of local market insights, trends, and cultural landscape to better represent and advocate the local markets’ point of view – both internally and within the regional\global network. Develop a good understanding of media landscape and platforms to ensure flawless implementation of campaigns. Build a strong relationship within the business management team, APAC office, and MAL LA to become a trusted member of the team. Be excellent in project management and be able to prioritise daily tasks including ad hoc work. Create estimates and POs as part of the financial management of the business, and assist with finalising, invoicing and closing jobs per the client’s processes and procedures. Ensure weekly client status documents are up to date and meetings are scheduled in a timely manner. Execution of all tasks should be done meticulously and tirelessly to ensure the highest possible standards are met. Be able to work across time zones to ensure campaigns run smoothly Key Requirements Minimum 1-2 years of agency experience in account management. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. You will be joining TBWA\Media Arts Lab (MAL), the global advertising agency dedicated exclusively to Apple, as a Studio Designer / Artworker in the India office, within the Singapore hub for marcom activities across 6 markets in APAC. Your primary responsibility will be to design, create, and deliver finished artwork across various projects, ensuring timely delivery. As a crucial member of the Studio, you will be expected to produce artwork, retouch images, and manage printing processes to the highest quality standards. Your main duties will include collaborating closely with creative teams to develop initial designs, producing final artworks for different channels such as OOH and digital assets, coordinating with vendors for printing requirements, retouching OOH site pro-photography images when necessary, handling ad-hoc Agency requests, and maintaining file naming and filing structures on the server. Additionally, you will be encouraged to introduce new techniques and innovative ideas within the team. To excel in this role, you should have substantial experience working in an advertising agency, possess advanced Mac skills, and be proficient in using Adobe CC, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator. Familiarity with InDesign is essential, and knowledge of image retouching techniques would be advantageous. Basic understanding of Keynote would be beneficial, along with the ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment. Your resilience, problem-solving skills, and capacity to manage briefs directly from various departments within the Agency will be essential for success.
