Job Description

As a Studio Designer / Artworker at TBWA\Media Arts Lab in the India office under the Singapore hub, your role will involve contributing to clients" marcom activities across 6 markets in APAC. Your main responsibility will be to design, create, and deliver finished artwork across multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery to meet tight deadlines. You will play a pivotal role in the Studio by delivering artwork, retouching, and printing to the highest standard possible. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with creative teams to develop initial designs - Produce final artworks for various channels, predominantly OOH and digital assets - Coordinate the collection and distribution of files to vendors for printing purposes - Perform retouching on OOH site pro-photography images as needed - Design and create artwork for ad-hoc Agency requests, in collaboration with other departments within the Agency - Act as a custodian of the naming and filing structures on the server - Introduce new techniques and generate innovative ideas within the team Qualifications Required: - Extensive experience working within an advertising agency - Proficient in Mac operations and an expert user of Adobe CC, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator - Proficiency in InDesign is essential, while image retouching skills are advantageous - Familiarity with Keynote would be beneficial - Demonstrated efficiency and accuracy in a fast-paced work environment - Resilient with the ability to perform under pressure - Proactive in identifying challenges and offering creative problem-solving solutions - Directly manage briefs from Producers, Account Management, and Creative teams - Possess excellent organizational skills - Effective and transparent communication skills - Reliable, trustworthy, with good time management and the ability to work independently - A dedicated team player capable of handling confidential and sensitive information TBWA\Media Arts Lab is committed to fostering an inclusive environment where diversity is celebrated, enabling innovation and creativity.
