Our Account Management team plays a critical role in developing strong customer relationships, ensuring smooth delivery, and identifying new opportunities that align with client needs.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client accounts end-to-end — from onboarding and relationship building to renewals, upselling, and identifying new business opportunities. You will work closely with delivery teams, consulting teams, and leadership to ensure clients receive exceptional service and measurable value.
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients across privacy, cybersecurity, and GRC domains.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
Understand client needs, business challenges, and industry context to offer relevant Tsaaro solutions.
Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across consulting services, training, assessments, and certifications.
Collaborate with consulting and delivery teams to ensure high-quality project execution.
Manage renewals, contract extensions, and account expansions.
Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with key clients to showcase progress and identify growth potential.
Track account performance, revenue projections, and client engagement using CRM systems.
Identify churn risks and implement proactive strategies to strengthen client retention.
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to support campaigns and client-facing initiatives.
Stay updated on privacy laws, cybersecurity trends, and market developments to add strategic value during client discussions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline.
4–6 years of experience in account management, client success, or B2B sales.
Proven track record in managing enterprise accounts, renewals, and revenue growth.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Target-driven, organized, and proactive with a strong ownership mindset.
Experience working in cybersecurity, data privacy, SaaS, or consulting environments.
Understanding of GDPR, DPDP Act, CCPA, or global privacy/security frameworks.
Exposure to consultative, value-based, or solution-selling models.
Strong analytical mindset for understanding client data and account trends.
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or sales automation tools.
Ability to conduct presentations, proposal discussions, and QBRs confidently.
