Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to lead and manage the accounting operations for our diverse portfolio of clients. As a growing outsourcing firm, we provide end-to-end financial and accounting solutions to clients across India and overseas.The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy in financial reporting, maintain compliance with statutory and tax regulations, and drive operational excellence across all client accounts. This role requires strong analytical acumen, leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of outsourced accounting services.

Key Responsibilities

:
  • Manage complete accounting operations for multiple clients, including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
  • Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements such as Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow reports.
  • Ensure timely and accurate statutory compliance including GST, TDS, income tax, and other regulatory filings.
  • Support clients in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to accounting standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best accounting practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assist clients in M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) activities, including due diligence, data validation, and financial analysis.
  • Lead, guide, and mentor the accounting team to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
  • Partner with senior management to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations for client growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting management, preferably in an outsourcing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and compliance frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Tally and familiarity with other ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books, SAP) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, client relationship management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.
  • Effective leadership and team management skills with keen attention to detail.
