Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager in Enterprise Sales based in Gurugram. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with enterprise clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. You will focus on identifying business opportunities, developing sales strategies, managing the sales lifecycle, and collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. In addition, you will ensure seamless communication with clients, handle customer inquiries, and maintain long-term business partnerships to meet revenue targets.


Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Account Management and Customer Satisfaction to maintain and grow relationships with clients.
  • Strong skills in Sales and Business Development for identifying and pursuing new opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Experience in Sales Operations and process management to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with clients and teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree or certification in Sales or Account Management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in data analysis to optimize sales processes and client engagement.
