Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiting and HR Manager at Visitly, located in Gurugram. The Recruiting and HR Manager will be responsible for managing the talent acquisition process, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, and overseeing all HR-related activities. Daily tasks will include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, handling onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. Additionally, the role involves developing employee relations, enhancing employee engagement, and managing performance appraisal systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and compliance
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Previous experience in an HR Manager role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
