Senior Product Manager

What you will Own

• Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes
• Lead full product lifecycle: discovery → delivery → GTM → iteration
• Work closely with engineering and design in an agile environment to ship high-quality releases
• Use your technical acumen to understand platform architecture, workflows, integrations, and constraints
• Conduct competitive research and identify market & customer opportunities
• Partner with Sales, CS, and Marketing for successful feature launches and adoption
• Drive product metrics across engagement, retention, and customer value

What we are looking for

• 5–8+ years of product management experience

• Must have:

  B2B SaaS product experience for global markets
• Strong in strategy, planning, execution, and outcome-driven decision making

• Technical aptitude

  —comfortable working with APIs, integrations, workflows, and understanding how complex systems fit together
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams in agile environments
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to work with

  significant overlap with US hours

• Thrive in a fast-paced, growth-stage startup with high ownership

Nice to Have

• Experience with workplace tech, security, or workflow automation
• Startup / early-stage product ownership experience
• Exposure to enterprise customer workflows and integrations
