Own end-to-end account lifecycle for assigned clients: onboarding, relationship management, delivery coordination, and renewal.
Act as the primary client liaison—translate client hiring needs into delivery plans and collaborate with sourcing, recruitment, and operations teams to meet SLAs.
Drive revenue growth through retention, upsell and cross-sell of additional services and campaigns within existing accounts.
Negotiate commercial terms and manage contract renewals, amendments, and statements of work with a focus on margin and client value.
Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and account health metrics in CRM; escalate risks and propose mitigation plans proactively.
Deliver regular business reviews, performance reporting, and improvement roadmaps to strengthen client partnerships and drive satisfaction.
