Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial records.
Prepare and post journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
Support cost accounting functions including standard cost updates, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.
Monitor and reconcile inventory transactions including raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
Prepare financial statements, management reports, and ad-hoc analysis for internal stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and external regulations
Coordinate with production and supply chain departments to analyze production costs and improve financial efficiency.
Assist with audits (internal and external) by providing required documentation and analysis.
Reconcile supplier and customer accounts, monitor AR/AP aging, and support cash flow management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Solid understanding of cost accounting, inventory control, and manufacturing processes.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or other ERP systems).
Strong Excel skills and familiarity with data analysis tools.
Good communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with operations and production teams.
High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
