Sales Representative – Manufacturing Company Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets to contribute to the company's growth. Key Responsibilities Prospecting & Lead Generation : Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and attending industry events. Client Engagement : Establish and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Product Demonstrations & Presentations : Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products. Sales Negotiation & Closing : Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with clients to close sales effectively. Order Processing & Documentation : Prepare sales contracts, process orders, and ensure accurate documentation of all sales activities. Market Intelligence : Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats. Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with company objectives. Sales Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to management. Qualifications Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience : 2–4 years of sales experience in any company. Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compensation Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
