Role Overview Were looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth by acquiring new clientsspecifically small to mid-sized U.S. IT companies. Your primary responsibility will be building strong relationships with decision-makers (CTOs, Founders, Engineering Managers) and promoting our specialized remote staffing solutions. Key Responsibilities Identify and target small U.S.-based IT companies (50500 employees) in sectors such as SaaS, Fintech, HealthTech, and E-commerce. Generate leads through platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Crunchbase, Clutch, and others. Execute outreach strategies including cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging to engage key decision-makers. Understand client needs and match them with qualified candidates from our Indian talent pool. Deliver compelling proposals, lead contract negotiations, and successfully close deals. Maintain and update CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) with accurate sales data. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Build and nurture long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in IT staffing or outsourcing sales, preferably targeting the U.S. market. Solid understanding of key technical roles (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, Salesforce, DevOps). Exceptional communication skillsboth verbal and written. Proven success in closing remote staffing contracts. Familiarity with U.S. business norms, buyer personas, and sales cycles. Proficient in using lead-generation tools like Apollo.io, Hunter.io, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively during U.S. business hours. Compensation India-based or U.S.-based BDMs : Competitive salary based on experience and past compensation. This role is responsible for managing vendor account reconciliations, ensuring timely follow-ups on open items, and maintaining accurate documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience with SAP, TDS, and GST reconciliation. They will also support audit processes and contribute to financial compliance. Key Responsibilities Identify and bring forward open reconciliation line items from vendor accounts Follow up with vendors and internal stakeholders to collect: Credit Notes (CN) Debit Notes (DN) Purchase Returns Notes (PRN) Purchase Proof of Delivery (POD) copies GST TDS Entries rectification Ensure accurate accounting of collected documents in SAP Perform TDS and GST reconciliation in line with statutory requirements Maintain vendor ledgers and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies Prepare and present reconciliation summaries and reports to management Support internal and external audits with relevant documentation Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to streamline reconciliation workflows Recommend process improvements for better accuracy and efficiency Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2-5 years of experience in accounts payable and vendor reconciliation Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, conditional formatting) Hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP systems Strong understanding of TDS and GST compliance and reconciliation Excellent communication and coordination skills High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple follow-ups Preferred Skills Experience with automated reconciliation tools Familiarity with procurement and payment workflows Exposure to audit documentation and compliance standards Salary : Depends on your previous CTC and market standards Education : UG: B.Com in Any Specialization
