Key Responsibilities 1️⃣ Accounting & Financial ManagementManage day-to-day accounting operations: AP, AR, General Ledger, JV posting, Expenses, Petty cash Prepare monthly, quarterly & annual financial statements — P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Perform bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation & intercompany reconciliation Maintaining ledgers, asset accounting, depreciation calculations 2️⃣ Taxation & CompliancesGST (Monthly Returns – GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Return) TDS — calculation, deduction, payment & quarterly return filing (26Q/24Q) Income Tax compliances & follow-up with consultants Professional Tax, PF/ESIC coordination & challans verification Knowledge of Section 43B(h), MSME compliance tracking is a plus 3️⃣ Billing & Payables / ReceivablesPrepare & verify invoices, RA bills, debit/credit notes Ensure collection follow-up & payment tracking Vendor onboarding, bill verification & payment scheduling 4️⃣ Audit & Financial ControlsSupport Statutory, Internal & Tax Audits Maintain proper documentation & record-keeping system Implement internal checks to prevent financial leakages Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, Statutory Laws Proficiency in Tally ERP / ERP Software / Excel Analytical mindset with excellent numerical accuracy Knowledge of Construction / Infrastructure domain preferred Ability to work with minimal supervision & meeting deadlines
