Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Guwahati for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will manage client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, handle contract negotiations, and oversee project coordination. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and addressing client needs, developing strategies to improve client services, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with various internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Qualifications Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills Contract Negotiation and Project Coordination skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to analyze data and develop strategic plans Experience in the telecom industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and in a team environment
