HighThink Media Box is a fast-growing creative and Branding company based in Coimbatore. We specialize in branding, marketing, design, and digital solutions for clients across multiple sectors. As part of our expansion, we are strengthening our Accounts and Finance department to ensure smooth financial operations and compliance.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Manager with hands-on experience in managing end-to-end accounting functions including AR/AP, journal entries, reconciliations, statutory filings, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, proficiency in Zoho Books, and good Excel skills to manage reports and ensure accurate financial tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Financial Management

  • Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
  • Handle Journal Vouchers (JV), General Ledger (GL), Profit & Loss (P&L), and Balance Sheet (BS) finalization.
  • Manage Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) regularly.
  • Oversee Purchase, Sales, and Petty Cash transactions.

MIS & Reporting

  • Prepare and submit daily MIS reports, fund flow statements, and monthly management reports.
  • Maintain accurate data for management review and audit purposes.

Reconciliation & Compliance

  • Conduct Client, Vendor, and Bank Reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
  • Handle statutory filings:
  • GSTR-1, GSTR-2A & 2B Reconciliation, GSTR-3B, and TDS.
  • Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and tax laws.

Audit & Documentation

  • Support internal and external audits with proper documentation.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for financial records and statutory documents.

Communication & Coordination

  • Coordinate with departments like HR and Admin for payroll and related payments.
  • Manage letters, mails, and client/vendor communications professionally.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong proficiency in Zoho Books (preferred).
  • Advanced Excel skills – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and financial formulas.
  • Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field (B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance preferred).

Experience:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a corporate or media firm.

Salary:

Commensurate with experience and skills.
