Experience 1 to 6 yrs Prepare invoices and credit notes using SAP, ensuring accurate data entry and compliance with tax regulations such as GST. Skill / Competence SAP Financial Management Accounts Payable & Receivable Management Bank Reconciliation & Ledger Management Financial Reporting & Analysis (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheets) Tax Compliance (GST, TDS, etc.) Vendor Payment Processing Fixed Asset & Inventory Accounting Audit Coordination (Internal & External) Cost Analysis & Expense Tracking Attention to Detail & Accuracy in Financial Data Entry Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and SAP accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting. Monitor and process vendor payments while maintaining accurate records in SAP Generate financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets, using SAP for management review. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, and other tax filings. Maintain accurate records of fixed assets, inventory, and depreciation in SAP. Coordinate with auditors to facilitate smooth internal and external audits. Provide support in cost analysis and tracking expenses to optimize profitability
