We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Store Manager to oversee our inventory and ensure efficient operations of our warehouse and logistics. Job Summary:As a Store Manager at Protomont Technologies LLP, you will be responsible for managing inventory, handling procurement, ensuring accurate stock levels, and maintaining a streamlined supply chain. You will play a vital role in the organization’s operational efficiency and timely delivery of products to clients. Key Responsibilities:• Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels of 3D printers, filaments, resins, and accessories. Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of products. • Procurement and Reordering: Track stock movement and forecast inventory requirements. Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement of stock and materials. Negotiate prices and manage vendor relationships. • Store Operations: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse/store area. Implement standard operating procedures for inventory control. Ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods. • Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of inward/outward stock and returns. Prepare and submit inventory reports to management regularly. Use inventory management software to track and log all transactions. • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the sales, service, and logistics teams for seamless operations. Train and supervise store assistants or helpers, if any. Qualifications:• Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a similar role. • Skills: Proficiency in inventory or ERP software and Microsoft Excel. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Good communication skills and problem-solving aptitude. Attention to detail and a proactive work attitude.
