Role / Designation: Design Manager Bachelor’s degree /Diploma, Auto Cad, Solid work 1 Design and updating of records Experience 1 to 20 yrs of Exp a. CAD drawings Skill / Competence CAD Design & Drafting (Parts & Tools) Technical Drawing 2 Accuracy & Review Bill of Materials (BOM) Management Material Optimization & Efficiency (e.g., Nesting) Supply Chain & Delivery Coordination Customer Satisfaction & Feedback Handling Kaizen (Continuous Improvement) & Innovation Training & Skill Development Management Process Standardization & Production-Friendly Design b. FEA analysis 2 Development phase a. SOP of Design/drafting b. Design of prototype c. CFT of other departments 3 Cost reduction Continuous improvements 4 Training and development 5 Inspection of existing dies for timely replacement/ refurbishments to avoid any stoppage and accidents 6 Responsible for usage of PPE Kits by employees working under you. 7 New Joinees shall be trained for safety & health awareness. 8 Any incident/ accident that happened in your area shall be immediately reported to the safety officer
