Qualifications Required: - Over 10 years of experience in the product design industry, with a focus on launching products that innovate and scale by simplifying complex problems into engaging customer experiences. - 5+ years of people management and leadership experience. - Ability to work in large global teams. - Willingness to learn about complex subject matter, advocate for non-relatable users, champion customer-centricity, accessibility, and good design choices. - Possess strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.,
