Job Summary The ABM specialist will be responsible for developing and executing account-based marketing strategies tailored to our high-value clients and prospects in the IT services and consulting space. This role requires a deep understanding of B2B marketing, particularly within the technology sector, and a proven ability to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives. The ABM Manager will collaborate closely with sales, product teams, and senior leadership to create personalized campaigns that resonate with key decision-makers within target accounts. Key Responsibilities ABM Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement a robust ABM strategy that supports the company’s growth objectives, focusing on high-potential accounts within the IT services and consulting sectors. Collaborate with sales leadership to identify target accounts and tailor marketing strategies to engage these accounts effectively. Create detailed account plans and customer journey maps to drive engagement and conversion. Campaign Development & Execution: Design and execute multi-channel ABM campaigns, including content marketing, digital advertising, webinars, and personalized outreach, specifically tailored to the needs of target accounts. Develop account-specific content that addresses the unique challenges and opportunities faced by clients in the IT services and consulting industry. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all touchpoints. Sales Alignment & Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure ABM strategies are aligned with sales goals and provide actionable insights for account penetration. Participate in account planning sessions and provide marketing support to sales teams to enhance account engagement. Share regular updates on ABM campaign performance and insights with sales and leadership teams. Data & Analytics: Leverage data and analytics to identify target accounts, track engagement, and measure the success of ABM campaigns. Develop dashboards and reporting tools to monitor the performance of ABM initiatives and provide actionable insights for optimization. Conduct in-depth research on target accounts to inform campaign development and personalization efforts. Optimization & Continuous Improvement: Continuously optimize ABM strategies and tactics based on performance data, feedback from sales, and evolving market trends. Experiment with new tools, techniques, and approaches to enhance the effectiveness of ABM campaigns. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in ABM and B2B marketing within the IT services sector. Budget & Resource Management: Manage the ABM budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize return on investment. Coordinate with external vendors and partners to support ABM initiatives as needed. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. Experience: 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on account-based marketing within the IT services and consulting industry. Demonstrated success in developing and executing ABM strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance client relationships. Experience collaborating closely with sales teams and aligning marketing strategies with sales objectives. Skills: In-depth understanding of ABM principles, strategies, and best practices within the IT services and consulting sectors. Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable marketing strategies. Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams. Creative thinker with a knack for developing innovative marketing approaches tailored to the IT services industry. Certifications: ABM certification or relevant marketing certifications are a plus.
