Job Title: Academic Counselor / Sales Executive EdTech

Sales Executives / Academic Counselors

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound

    cold calls

    to prospective students/leads
  • Explain courses and offerings to students/parents
  • Handle

    end-to-end sales cycle

    from lead generation to closure
  • Achieve

    daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

  • Maintain follow-ups and update CRM
  • Generate revenue through effective sales pitch and counseling

Required Skills:

  • Experience in

    cold calling / Tele sales / inside sales

  • Strong communication & convincing skills
  • Target-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 12-months 3 years of experience in EdTech / B2C Sales / Telesales

  • Graduate candidates can only apply

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary:

    Up to 35,000 in-hand per month

  • Attractive incentives based on performance

  • Fixed salary + incentives

Work Details:

  • 6 days working

  • Fixed day shift
