Job Title: Admission Counsellor Online Education

Location: WTT, Sector 16, Noida

Working Days: 6 Days

Salary : Upto 40k CTC + Unlimited Incentives

Key Responsibilities

• Source

  new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups and outbound cold calls and emails

• Counsel prospective students and parents regarding suitable programs based on their needs

• Achieve individual admission and revenue targets

• Convert qualified leads into confirmed enrolments

• Provide one-on-one support to students during course selection and application process

• Assist applicants in obtaining and submitting required documentation within deadlines
• Explain admission requirements, enrolment processes, and related proce

  dures clearly

• Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM tools

• Coordinate efficient handling of applications and ongoing communication with parents and

  students

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduation in any discipline (mandatory)

• Strong ability to empathize with students and parents and build long-term relationships

• Proven ex

  perience in a target-driven sales or admissions environment
• Demonstrated success in lead conversion and closing sales
• Experience working with CRM systems
