Academic Counsellor

VLCC School of Beauty, Varanasi, is hiring an experienced Female Academic Counsellor who can effectively guide students, understand their concerns, and actively contribute to student admissions and engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents about beauty & wellness courses
• Understand students’ problems, concerns, and career goals and provide appropriate solutions
• Handle walk-in, call, and online enquiries
• Explain course structure, fees, and career opportunities clearly
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions
• Maintain enquiry, follow-up, and admission records
• Conduct and coordinate BTL (Below The Line) activities such as school/college visits, workshops, seminars, and local promotions
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth student onboarding and support

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Academic Counsellor / Education Counselor / Admission Counselor
• Graduate (Any stream)
• Strong communication skills (Hindi & English)
• Experience in counselling, sales, or education sector preferred
• Target-driven, empathetic, and student-focused attitude
