Position: Academic Counselor

Location: Kochi
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 (based on experience) + Attractive Incentives
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply)
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide academic guidance and counseling to students regarding courses, career options, and admissions.
• Handle student inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
• Counsel students and parents on program selection based on interests and goals.
• Maintain updated knowledge of course details, admission procedures, and educational trends.
• Achieve admission and conversion targets set by the management.
• Follow up with prospective students and maintain a database of inquiries.
• Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth student onboarding.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation and convincing abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and online communication tools.
• Positive attitude and result-oriented approach.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
