Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for a Zonal Sales Manager, located in Thane. The Zonal Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations within the assigned zone, developing sales strategies, overseeing a team of sales representatives, and ensuring targets are met. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with key clients, analyzing sales data, and preparing sales reports. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales management and sales strategy development
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze sales data and generate reports
Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
