• Drive sales, revenue, and business growth across multiple retail outlets in your assigned zone.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate store teams to deliver exceptional performance.

• Build local partnerships and monitor competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.

• Ensure smooth execution of marketing and operational initiatives.

• Regularly review targets, performance metrics, and team engagement.

What You'll Bring:

• 612 years of experience in telecom, retail, or FMCG sales management.

• Proven record in managing multi-store or zonal operations.

• Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

• Passion for retail excellence and customer experience.
