Role & responsibilities

1. Atleast 5 years of Team Handling Experience

2. Should be open to travel accross the state.

  • Achieve zonal sales targets, growth objectives, and brand priorities
  • Develop and execute zonal business plans aligned with company strategy
  • Monitor secondary sales, stock availability, and distributor performance
  • Ensure effective implementation of promotional strategies and campaigns
  • Lead, coach, and develop Regional / Area Managers and their sales teams
  • Conduct regular field work, joint calls, and performance reviews
  • Strengthen relationships with key opinion leaders, top doctors, and trade partners
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and SOPs
  • Drive discipline in reporting, CRM usage, and expense management
  • Maintain high standards of ethical marketing and governance
