Only MALE candidates required: 1. looking to hire senior accountant: Experience or capable in client coordination Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Responsible for all online billing payment such as MSEDCL, Phone and Internet Bills etc. Manage day-to-day accounting transactions including journal entries, ledger management, and reconciliations. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per applicable standards. Handle GST filings, TDS returns, and other statutory compliances. Supervise accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections. Coordinate with external auditors for internal and statutory audits. Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports and recording entries. Process payments & Fund Transfers. Correct deduction/accounting of TDS and GST in Accounts Payable Function. Review advances to vendors and follow up to settle the same on monthly basis. Assist in Group Reporting Audit, Statutory Audit, Tax Audit and Internal Audit of AP Function Review & Reconcile creditors ledgers/sub ledgers. Perform Month-End Reconciliation of AP accounts. Prepare monthly expenses provision sheet, monthly schedules related to accounts payable & prepaid expenses. Key Responsibilities A. Sales Planning & Execution Develop and execute annual sales plans aligned with company targets. Set territory-wise and product-wise sales goals for each Sales Engineer and Area Sales Manager. Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Monitor order pipeline, quotations, and conversion ratios. Analyze sales performance and take corrective actions for underperforming areas. B. Team Management Lead, mentor, and review performance of Area Sales Managers and Sales Engineers. Conduct daily and weekly sales review meetings. Ensure proper route planning, DSR (Daily Sales Report) submission, and follow-up tracking. Identify training needs and develop skills in negotiation, technical selling, and CRM usage. C. Customer Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers Handle major accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business. Resolve customer escalations with coordination between service and operations departments. D. Coordination with Other Departments Coordinate with the Service, Warehouse, and Tender departments for seamless order execution. Ensure sales inputs are aligned with production and inventory planning. Collaborate with the operations manager for dispatch and delivery commitments. Provide inputs to marketing for campaigns, promotions, and exhibitions. E. Reporting & Analysis Maintain region-wise sales MIS, target vs. achievement reports, and funnel analysis. Track lead conversion ratios and customer acquisition costs. Prepare monthly and quarterly business performance presentations for management. Analyze sales trends, competitor activities, and market demand patterns.
