Job Description

As a Zonal Sales Manager, your role involves working with the company's largest customers to establish long-term, strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for driving Xiaomi's business in your respective city/territory/area. Your key responsibilities include: - Building the Xiaomi brand and driving sales through offline channels - Cultivating strong relationships with local distributors, retailers, and regulatory bodies - Driving sales with local distributors and key retailers in the region - Developing a deep understanding of Xiaomi products to meet local consumer needs - Implementing local marketing and brand building strategies - Monitoring end-to-end operations to ensure maximum sales and efficiency - Managing relationships with local regulatory bodies and addressing regulatory concerns To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Deep expertise in sales, distribution, and retail operations in the territory - A Master's degree in Business - Previous experience in team leadership with the ability to manage large teams - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Willingness to travel 4-5 days a week - Past experience in mobile handset sales is not mandatory Preferred industries for candidates include handset, consumer durable, telecom, FMCG, and paints.,
