Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Zonal Sales Manager, located in Gujarat, India. The Zonal Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales within the region, managing and developing a team of sales professionals, and establishing strategic partnerships. Daily tasks include setting sales targets, overseeing operations, developing strategies to penetrate the market, conducting sales presentations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves monitoring sales performance, providing training and support to the sales team, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Team Leadership
• Strong understanding of Retail Loan Products including Personal, Business, Professional, Home, Mortgage, SME, and Vehicle Loans
• Excellent skills in Strategic Planning, Market Penetration, and Sales Operations
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales automation tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
