Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and implement applications using Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Creator, and other Zoho apps.

Create custom modules, forms, and reports tailored to business needs.

Design and modify workflows, automations, and complex business logic with Zoho Deluge scripting.

Integrate Zoho apps with third-party applications using REST APIs for seamless data flow.

Unit test and debug solutions to ensure reliability and quality.

Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshoot issues within Zoho applications.

Document changes, prepare user guides, and support training initiatives.

Collaborate closely with company stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into technical specifications.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Zoho app development and customization.

Proficiency in Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Inventory, and other core Zoho platforms.

Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and API integrations.

Strong communication skills and collaborative work ethic.

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.
