About us: IntelliFin private limited is a subsidiary of Chittorgarh Infotech Ltd which is India's leading portal for financial products such as IPOs, Broker’s reviews etc. At IntelliFin, we provide the advisory services to the mid size corporate and SMEs planning to raise funds from the capital markets. We are also building a platform for managing end to end fundraise services mainly through an IPO. Currently, we are seeking a Qualified Company Secretary to join our core team and help in the seamless execution, DRHP preparation and overall growth of the company. Key Responsibilities:• Draft and review Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP), Red Herring Prospectus (RHP), and other offer-related documents.• Ensure compliance with SEBI (ICDR) Regulations and Stock Exchange requirements. • Manage the collation of information from various departments for DRHP preparation.• Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations under the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other applicable laws. • Collaborate with merchant bankers, legal advisors, and auditors on capital market transactions, including IPOs, rights issues, and follow-on offerings. • Provide domain expertise in designing forms, templates, checklists, and approval flows that align with real-world IPO processes.
