Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Zoho Developer located in Mohpa. The Zoho Developer will be responsible for customizing Zoho applications, integrating Zoho CRM with external productivity tools, migrating CRM from other platforms to Zoho, and developing business reports and automation processes. The individual will also be responsible for database preparation, data analysis, and scrubbing, field mapping, and data import tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in Zoho CRM customization, including creating and managing modules and permissions.
• Proficiency in Zoho API integration and connecting Zoho CRM with external productivity tools such as Twilio, RingCentral, WhatsApp, Zapier, Google Suite, and MailChimp.
• Skills in CRM migration from platforms such as Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Infusionsoft, and LinkedIn.
• Strong data analysis skills, including database preparation, data gathering, field mapping, and data import from various sources like Excel, CSV, XML, and MySQL.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently.
• Strong communication skills for gathering requirements and conducting essential staff training.
• Experience with business process automation and creating business reports and invoices within Zoho.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
